Credits and balance
You buy credit in advance and every call debits what the provider charged us for it — nothing else. There is no monthly fee and no margin on calls: the platform earns its 5 % once, when you top up.
Packs and the fee
Credit comes in packs of 20, 50, 100 and 500 €, and 20 € is the minimum. The pack is credited in full and a 5 % platform fee is charged on top at that moment, before tax. It is the only fee there is and it is paid once: from then on the credit is spent at provider cost.
| Pack | Credit | Fee (5 %) | Charged before tax |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 € | 20.00 € | 1.00 € | 21.00 € |
| 50 € | 50.00 € | 2.50 € | 52.50 € |
| 100 € | 100.00 € | 5.00 € | 105.00 € |
| 500 € | 500.00 € | 25.00 € | 525.00 € |
What a credit is
One credit is one euro of provider cost. Every model in the catalogue has a price per million input tokens and per million output tokens, and a call debits exactly that: the provider's price for the tokens it used, with no rounding in our favour. The fee you paid at top-up is never applied again.
A worked example
A call of 3,000 input tokens and 500 output tokens to a model priced at 0.15 €/M in and 0.60 €/M out costs 0.00045 € plus 0.00030 €: 0.00075 €. That is what leaves your balance. The panel then shows four numbers for the month: provider cost, the fee you already paid, the balance that remains, and consumption by project, so an agency can see which client spent what.
input 3,000 tokens × 0.15 €/M = 0.00045 €
output 500 tokens × 0.60 €/M = 0.00030 €
─────────
debited from your balance 0.00075 €
platform fee on this call 0.00000 €When the balance reaches zero
The gateway answers 402 with `insufficient_credits` and does not call the provider, so a zero balance never becomes a negative one. Top up and service resumes in under a minute; nothing in your automation needs restarting.
HTTP/1.1 402 Payment Required
{"error": {"code": "insufficient_credits",
"type": "insufficient_quota",
"message": "Insufficient credits. Top up at …/panel/credits"}}Auto-recharge
Set a threshold and a pack, and when the balance drops under the threshold we buy that pack for you with the card on file, fee included. Two caps keep a runaway loop from becoming a bill: at most three automatic recharges a day, and a monthly cap you set yourself. Once either is reached, the next recharge waits for you. An automatic recharge gets a receipt like a manual one, marked as automatic.
Receipts and invoices
Every top-up produces a numbered receipt, `R-YYYY-NNNNNN`, listing the pack, the credit, the fee and the amount charged. The receipt is ours; the invoice, with tax, comes from the payment provider that took the card. Both are in the panel under Credits.
R-2026-000042 pack 100 € credit 100.00 € fee 5.00 € charged 105.00 €No monthly fee
There is no subscription and no minimum spend. A balance that sits unused costs nothing, and a month without calls is a month without a debit.
