What you get
Access to an OpenAI-compatible API over open-source language models, on prepaid credit. No subscription and no lock-in: you pay for what you use from the balance you bought.
Credit and payments
Credit is bought in advance in packs of 20, 50, 100 or 500 EUR and spent by use. A platform fee of 5% of the credited amount is charged once, at top-up (20 EUR of credit costs 21 EUR before tax); each call then debits the provider's real cost of that call and nothing more. Welcome credit expires after 30 days; credit you bought does not. There is no monthly fee.
Who invoices you
You are invoiced directly by the company named in the legal notice. We use a payment provider to process the charge, but the seller is us: we issue the invoice, under our own VAT number, and applicable VAT is determined by your country and whether you are a business or a consumer. If you give us a valid EU VAT number, the invoice is issued without VAT where the rules allow.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund of purchased, unused credit. A refund is deducted from your balance, and if the resulting balance is negative the account is blocked until it is settled.
Prohibited uses
Beyond what the law prohibits, some uses are not permitted by the licences of the models we serve. By using the service you agree not to use it to:
- Generate child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
- Harass, threaten, defame or impersonate a person.
- Generate disinformation intended to mislead about elections, health or public safety.
- Develop weapons or malware, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Make automated decisions with legal effects on people without human review (credit, employment, insurance, healthcare).
- Re-identify people from anonymised data, or infer protected characteristics.
Some models in the catalogue carry additional conditions from their original licence. Where they do, it is stated on the model's entry.
Audits and what you share
If you send us samples for an audit, you confirm you may share that content with a processor and that you have removed what did not need to travel. We use it to run the audit and for nothing else. Any report link you create is yours to revoke, and while it is open anyone holding it can read the report — so treat it as you would any link that carries your data.
Availability
We do what is reasonable to keep the service up, and we publish its measured speed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: we depend on inference providers that sometimes fail, which is why this is credit rather than a subscription.
Liability
Model output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before use, especially where it affects people. Our liability is limited, at most, to the unused credit in your account.
Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice. If the change does not suit you, you can ask for a refund of unused credit.
